In this Google Adwords dictionary I wanted to include 50 of the most important definitions used in adwords campaigns. Understanding what Google's advertising network is and how it works is very important, especially if you're thinking about getting the Google Adwords certificate. The 50 terms are arranged alphabetically and a short description of each one is included. I am convinced that after reading this glossary of terms, you will be much more clear about how SEM positioning works. Ad group Adwords is organized hierarchically in Accounts, Campaigns and Ad Groups. An ad group contains one or more ads that are activated for a series of shared keywords. Each ad group is typically used for a particular product (product categories), such as "shoes" and other ad groups would be used to promote, for example, "skirts".
