adwords techniques

Ad group
Adwords is organized hierarchically in Accounts, Campaigns and Ad Groups.
An ad group contains one or more ads that are activated for a series of shared keywords. Each ad group is typically used for a particular product (product categories), such as "shoes" and other ad groups would be used to promote, for example, "skirts".
Impressions
An impression is counted each time the ad appears on the Goolge results page or on any other Google network site, such as websites, applications, videos, etc.
Keywords
The keywords are the keywords that are chosen for the ads to be activated. The ad will be activated when the keyword matches the search terms of a user, depending on the different types of agreement that have been established.
Quality level
Google determines how good your Adwords advertising is based on the quality of the ad, the keywords chosen (expected clickthrough rate), and the landing page.
Based on these parameters Google gives a score of 1 to 10, the higher the score, the lower the cost of the ad and the more likely it will appear in a better position.
Contextual orientation
It is the process that matches the ads made on the display network with relevant websites by themes or keywords, among other parameters. To do this, Google analyzes the websites to determine their main topic and to be able to match the websites with relevant ads for their audience.
Conversion page
The conversion page is the page that users reach when they have made a valuable action (a conversion). Do not confuse it with the landing page. When a user clicks on an ad, it lands on the landing page. If you perform an action we want (subscribe or make a purchase, for example) it will then be sent to the conversion page (purchase confirmation page or "thanks for subscribing, for example). The conversion page is the one that confirms the conversion when using "conversion tracking".
 Landing page
The landing page or landing page is where the users who click on the ad will go. The user experience on the landing page is taken into account to give a good score of the quality level. It must be relevant and useful, with good navigability and clarity and totally focused on what the advertisement says.
Control Panel
The control panel is used to control, from a single unified place, the statistics of the performance of the announcements. They can be modified according to the metrics that they want to measure.
Keyword planner
The keyword planner is a free Google tool (within Adwords) that serves advertisers to get keyword ideas, as well as their estimated monthly traffic, the level of competition, the cost estimate of each and search trends throughout the year.
