Ad group Adwords is organized hierarchically in Accounts, Campaigns and Ad Groups. An ad group contains one or more ads that are activated for a series of shared keywords. Each ad group is typically used for a particular product (product categories), such as "shoes" and other ad groups would be used to promote, for example, "skirts". Impressions An impression is counted each time the ad appears on the Goolge results page or on any other Google network site, such as websites, applications, videos, etc. Keywords The keywords are the keywords that are chosen for the ads to be activated. The ad will be activated when the keyword matches the search terms of a user, depending on the different types of agreement that have been established. Quality level Google determines how good your Adwords advertising is based on the quality of the ad, the keywords chosen (expected clickthrough rate), and the landing page. Based on these parameters Google gives a sco...

adwords budget

Daily budget Adwords allows you to control in various ways the amount that is invested in advertising. One of them is the daily budget, which is the maximum amount that the advertiser is willing to pay on a given day. Depending on the budget, Google will show the ad until the budget runs out. Sometimes Google can exceed the daily budget if it considers that there are good chances of getting clicks, but will compensate with lower spending on other days. Prominence Prominence is the estimation of the visibility of an ad on the Google search results page. Some factors that influence the prominence are: Ad position: A better position is more likely to be seen. Ad format: When using, for example, ad extensions, this will be more visible so it will have greater prominence.   Bid It is the maximum amount that the advertiser is willing to pay for your ad to be shown. They can be manual bids, where the advertiser enters the maximum amount, or automatic bids, in which Google ...

Display network The display network consists of more than two million media (websites, videos and applications) where adwords ads can appear. It is estimated that, currently, 90% of all Internet users in the world are reached with this display network. The main advantage is the possibility of segmenting the reach of the ads in different ways: by specific contexts, to specific audiences (eg tennis players), specific places (eg Madrid capital andPozuelo), among other options. Relevance One of the key factors in determining the quality level of an ad. It is defined as the degree of agreement of the different elements of the ad with what the user is looking for. The ads and keywords chosen must be very much in agreement with the landing page. The ad must clearly explain what the user is or is going to find on the landing page. A greater relevance, better positioning of the ad and probably a lower cost. Remarketing Remarketing or retargeting is the action by means of which adv...
